REFUND AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

We want you to be happy with Instant Search Pro. This page explains your legal rights and our voluntary money-back guarantee. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee on new License purchases. If Instant Search Pro isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund your payment in full — no complicated hoops.
2. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason.
Please note: Instant Search Pro is digital content delivered immediately. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this statutory withdrawal right ends once the download or activation begins, because at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right. Regardless of this, our voluntary 14-day guarantee in Section 1 still gives you a way to get your money back.
3. WHAT IS COVERED
The guarantee applies to first-time License purchases. To keep it fair for everyone, we may decline or limit refunds in cases of: (a) requests made after 14 days; (b) renewal payments for a term you have already been using; (c) repeated or serial refund requests, or evidence of License abuse; (d) chargebacks filed without contacting us first.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR WITHDRAW
You can do any of the following:
- complete the “Withdraw from contract” form on our website;
- email us at contact@marincas.net with your name and order number;
- send us the model withdrawal statement below.
You do not have to give a reason.
5. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
When we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation by email (a durable medium) that records the date and time we received it. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days through Freemius, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to the original payment method. You will not incur any fee for the refund.
6. AFTER A REFUND
On refund, your License key is deactivated and you must stop using the Pro features and remove the Pro plugin from your site(s). The free version remains available.
7. NON-EU CUSTOMERS
Customers outside the EU are covered by the voluntary 14-day guarantee in Section 1 on the same terms.
